I am definitely not a fan of this Fry's location ... I really can't think of one good or even mediocre grocery shopping experience here?
The last few times I have been here it was a real struggle to find a parking spot in the same plaza!! Then, just walking in through the entrance people were moving slower than injured turtles in a half shell, and these individuals moving slower than molasses were literally stopped in front of the entrance way nearly blocking people from getting in....
Forget about getting a cart in here during the busy hours around lunch time or after work. You will want to pull your hair out because there are people coming at you in all directions moving in slow motion, and the entire store becomes one ginormous traffic jam.
I couldn't find one thing that looked appetizing from the prepared foods section ... And the staff wasn't very helpful when I was asking questions about their food. They do offer an extensive variety of prepared foods, but it all appeared to look gross and it appeared like it had been sitting out all day and they weren't making anything fresh ....
The last few times I have been in this store during busy hours I felt frustrated and annoyed because it was such a slow paced cluster f---, and the staff wasn't helping the situation, so I ended up walking right back out of the store empty handed, and going up to street to the Safeway on Pinnacle Peak.... I doubt I will be back anytime soon.
It is a really nicely decorated modernized grocery store, but as they say, never judge a book by its cover! I wouldn't recommend going to this location, unless you want a headache.
