| - I was super excited to hear there is a Serendipity 3 in Las Vegas, as I had missed out on my chance to visit the location in NYC. We dropped by here for a weekday lunch and it was tolerable. We were seated in the smallest 2-person booth ever and the server was a bit disinterested, but nice. In that, when she bought out coffee, she did not offer any milks or sugars, but when asked, she was like: Of course! And went to get the items. This was a recurring theme.
We shared a BBQ chicken pizza which was enough to fill our bellies. However, the flavor of the pizza was lacking. I asked for parmesan cheese and red chili flakes when the pizza was brought out (normally, those items are brought out as soon as you place your order). She came back with just the chili flakes. I wasn't even about to ask for Sriracha, since they probably didn't have it (they did not have sugar in the raw for our coffees). My hot water tasted weird.
So yeah, the dining-in experience was just eh and due to that I wasn't interested in ordering their famous frozen hot chocolate and having to endure sitting any longer. I ordered my frozen hot chocolate drink at their take-out window which was also another lacking experience, but by design, as it was a take-out window only. However it was also my mistake for getting the white chocolate version of the drink which was just kind of oily tasting.
Their restrooms are outside the restaurant past the take-out window and winding underneath the building. It kind of looked sketch, but the restrooms themselves were clean for being so public.
Just a lacking visit, but I'm glad I'm no longer left wondering, so there's that!
