  • The night auditor (Jim) ruined an otherwise great stay. The front desk staff, management, housekeepers and service staff were fantastic. Unfortunately, anytime we were unlucky enough to encounter Jim, it truly put a damper on our stay. We were belittled and received very, very poor service from him. He has no place in this line of work. The worst part is that I have made several attempts to contact the General Manager and have heard nothing back. Disappointing experience.
