If I could give zero stars I would. Unbelievable experience. Fleet vehicle. Needed specific service needed for fleet to include tire rotation. Asked about it before I got out of the car and was told by tech they would check before they start the car to make sure they could do the rotation. They didn't check and did the service without the rotation. Understand why they couldn't as the lift is broken but they shouldn't have done the oil change without telling me. Questioned the manager and he was a complete jerk. Told me he could get another location to do it and that it was no big deal. I guess my time is not a big deal to him. Have had the rotations done here before so that's why I came back. Have also gone to this location many many times with all my fleet vehicles and according to him it only shows most recent in the system so I didn't deserve to be treated like a long term customer.
Never have I been treated so poorly in my life. Incompetence and a jerk.
Just looked at receipt. He charged my fleet company for the rotation and didn't perform it. Maybe he had the other location do him a "favor" but he shouldn't bill and be paid for a service he didn't do.
