  • Incredible authentic Mexican food, arguably the best in the area. The al pastor meat is unbelievable and easily my go-to. If I'm at Maize, I usually order a sope and torta, which will more than fill me up but I have a hard time choosing just one. The queso fundido is great too but it is excessively cheesy (may or may not be a good or bad thing) and you HAVE to eat it immediately, otherwise it solidifies too much and becomes a chore to consume. Literally all of the other items are great too, you really cannot go wrong here. It's essentially impossible and uncomfortable to dine in this location, so I would take it to go.
