  • Rude staff. Overcharged me for service because their unfriendly demeanor caused my dog to pee on the table. They didn't attempt to establish a trusting and friendly relationship with my dog at all. They just grabbed her by the collar and asked me to push her hind end back so they could get it over with. I won't go back. They didn't do anything but take my money and insult my dog for piddling on the table. Not a dog-friendly atmosphere in the grooming services department.
