The worst credit union ever! They recently converted their credit card to a new system. Each time I pay them through my Bank of America billpay, they cannot find the payment since this happened. It took 10 days the first time for them to locate my payment. And now I've made 2 additional payments - nowhere to be found. And the worst thing, NOBODY CAN GIVE ME ANSWER WHY. Their customer service is the worst. They never call back with a solution. I emailed their help line, no response. I will not be using their credit card again, and will be closing my savings account. HORRIBLE.
