  • I decided to contact Cooler Tymes AC after reading all the amazing reviews. After doing some research and calling some of the top companies, Mike, the owner was the only one who called me back on a Sunday, and came to our house as promised ! Upon arrival, he was professional and knew immediately what was wrong with my unit. He explained everything throughly and gave me a few options but it ultimately came down to making a decision on replacing my very old units. I felt confident I made the right decision and not once felt pressured even after I told Mike I would think about it. My wife and I discussed the options and after a few days we went for it. As soon as we decided Mike promised to show up at a certain hour and just like his first visit he was punctual and showed up with his awesome crew. They finished in a few hours, cleaned, and meticulously installed everything. Thank you Mike, Carlos, Miguel and Rudy. We finally found a trustworthy ac company.
