This is the most disappointing Hilton property I've ever stayed at.
When I called to reserve the rooms they recommended I 'upgrade' to the bungalows. Both at the time of reservation and check in I confirmed the rooms had tubs, yet when I got into the room and called down to find out why my room only had a very dated shower I was told that is how all the bungalows are.
In addition to the very dated and small rooms, I haven't been to a casino that smelled this badly of smoke ever. The check in lines were severely understaffed and the HHonors line moved much slower than the main line. The internet wasn't working but I had my own hotspot. The cable tv had about as limited amount of choices as you'll see these days. No coffee or refrigerator in the rooms either. I was also awoken to a woman running through the halls screaming for security, followed shortly there after by a barking dog. Also, valet is free but the 2 guys working it couldn't possibly keep up.
Finally, at check out no one cared to ask how my stay was, which is pretty unusual at a Hilton property.
I stayed here because of my HHonors loyalty program but I'm going back to the Aria on my next trip.
