  • Worst experience ever. I called A One Carpet Cleaning to schedule an appointment and get a quote to have my carpet cleaned as well as my sectional and dining chairs. Luis, the technician, arrived on time. I showed him the areas that needed cleaning. He immediately tried to upsell me on extra services. I expected this but usually once I say no, the technician usually stops. Luis kept going on the verge of harassment. He wanted to charge me 3 times the quoted amount. When I told him to just do the services I called for at the quoted amount, he said that I would have to pay in full up front. He repeatedly said that I won't like the turn out. I continued to ask for him to do what I originally wanted and he refused. I went to call my husband to let him know the situation at the house and Luis left. He walked out of the house without saying anything and drove off. I was livid. My husband called the office and the lady he spoke with was not nice. The owner did call my husband back in a timely manner which was appreciated and apologized for what had happened. He even offered to clean our carpets himself for free. After the ordeal with Luis, we did not want anything to do with that company. I even found out that Luis, the technician, put in the account that I kicked him out. What a lie! Take responsibility for your own actions. If he is lying about that, what else is he lying about. Luis is not trustworthy. I hope for the owner's sake that he takes this review seriously to better improve his company and customer service. The technician is the face of the company and can make or break things. I won't be using this company again; however, I did find another company that was able to come out and clean my carpets, sectional, and chairs at a fantastic price and they did amazing.
