  • Sooo I was really interested in getting a specific type of french tip on my nails so I decided to go to 20 lounge hoping the nail techs would be more experienced. My daughter and I went in on an afternoon to get Gel manicures and within 4 hours my daughters nail chipped... I spent $100 for two gel manicures and her nail chipped the same day. I called that night and left a VM, called the next day twice and was told a manager would call me (she never did), I called on the third day and finally got a hold of the manager. She had us go in and she just repainted my daughters nail. Being a manger myself, I would have compensated for the nail, and apologized for not returning my phone call. For the $100 I would have expected so much more. Also, my nail chipped 4 days after my manicure. I have gone places and spent half the money and my gel lasted two weeks. Not happy, waste of money!
