Back in December I came to this store to bring over three lines of service. A couple months into my new service I found out that the Rep importing my numbers over mixed them all up causing a three month delay with getting me rebate back to pay off my other carrier. It caused my other carrier to send my last bill to precollectios! That's not it! I later found out that the offered me a specific promotion that did not exist at the time. They stated I would get $200 of accessories for each line I imported over and turned in my old phones for a new one. Come to Find out that it was not the right promotion and it has taken t mobile months to fix it.
Not to mention the customer support over the phone isn't very helpful and has lied to me about how they were fixing things. The only one that was able to help me was a lady named TJ who was able to adjust and find the issue. Although this does not take the bad taste out of my mouth. I will be going back to verizon!
