  • Ken is something else. I never received our furniture. It's been months and no furniture. They are paid in full too! I keep getting "it is on the truck from the manufacturer". Well how the heck long does it take to get here? Does it take 9 weeks? They refuse to refund me and won't give my money back. I had to report them to the Attorney General for fraud. Naughty naughty Bigs Furniture. Shame on you. This is a very bad way to do business.
