| - I went in to this location today around noon and ordered two sandwiches. The first sandwich was a simple bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel, the second was a herbivore on an everything bagel add egg and bacon. The girl at the register was very polite and asked if I could wait a moment she needed to check with the manager of she could do that, I said that was fine. She came back from behind the front of the house and told me her manger told her I'd need to be charged for two sandwiches. I disagreed with that and instructed her the best idea would be to charge me for the herbivore sandwich and charge me extra for the adding on bacon and egg, which she did. The manager had came around the corner from the back and told the cashier that wasn't the correct way to ring in the order that I should be charged for a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich add arugala, cucumber, tomato and shmeer. After re-ringing the order I was told I now owe a dollar, when asking why the manager said because I was getting an egg sandwich. I told her no I wanted the herbivore which has topping on both sides and then sandwiches between some egg and bacon. She told me don't worry about the dollar but just know the next time I order that sandwich this is how it will be charged. After getting my food (before actually seeing my sandwich) I just wanted some clarification on why I would be charged that way, when I was charged for the bacon and egg? I asked her if I could ask her a question, she abruptly started talking and telling me over and over again "you ordered a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich and this is how I need it rung up". I had to get abrupt with her as I hadn't been able to ask my question yet, every time I tried to interject she talked over me. I felt she was rude and condescending, I do not understand at all why I should be charged an extra dollar for essentially cheese that I'm not getting. I understand if I ordered the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich without cheese there wouldn't be a discount but in adding the accoutrements I did I wouldn't get the sandwich I wanted. That is what happened, I expected to get a sandwich with goodies on both sides of the bagel, sandwiching the egg and bacon. The manager on duty in my opinion was not kind to the cashier taking my order and certainly not kind to me the customer spending money in her store.
