rev:text	I've been here since 4:45. It is now 6:24 and I'm just now being serviced. I had an appointment but came in early and 4 walk-in customers were taken before me. The service here has never been a problem before today. I'm not sure what is wrong but I'm annoyed. I tried to leave, but the manager insisted just another 5 minutes, which turned into 20 minutes. If I didn't have something to do tomorrow, I would've left. Hopefully you have better luck than I do.
