  • I've been coming to Portrait Innovations on and off over the last 12 years. Coming at the holidays can certainly be challenging when you have to wait with small children, but I am always impressed by how good the shots come out. The photographer, RJ, was just fantastic! Patient and funny and got great shots of the kids. :) The rest of the staff was very friendly and cool under pressure too! I don't know how they do it with so many things happening at once and with tons of people. With the coupons, expect to spend about $150 if you want the low-res CD (includes about 5-6 poses with that). I do wish they would offer the low-res CD as an add-on you could purchase for an extra price instead of having to buy multiple poses to get it like The Picture People do. My only recommendation might be to add a little bit more time between appointments during the holidays so kids aren't waiting a long time before they get their pictures done. Having the pictures printed before you leave is so cool and they are of great quality IMHO!
