After spending a portion of my day in Canton visiting the Pro Football Hall of Fame, I decided to take a short trip to check out Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Being a national park, I had expectations of nice scenery and sights. But there wasn't much to be seen. I tried to visit the main portions of the park that had been highlighted in AAA book. But things were just average.
Brandywine Falls was the best thing I did and my main highlight, a nice waterfall. And I also hiked a short trail to Blue Hen Falls, but this was disappointing.
I've visited lots of national parks in the United States and I guess my expectations were too high for Cuyahoga Valley on things to see and do. Although I expected more, at least I can say I've been there.
