  • I have lived here almost a year. Just renewed for another 11 months at the same price. I live on the top floor and by a staircase, so I only share a living room wall and the person under me. I have to say it is the best noise level in an apartment I have lived in. I never hear my neighbors and a couple times I have heard them in the hallway but I can't from my living room. So noise for me is a plus. Second plus is the energy efficiency which you should expect. Using the scheduler on the thermostat I keep my bill between $40-70 year round. Pretty nice gym..equipment is always working, TVs have cable, it's never packed. Pool is nice and can get crowded and filled with kids..but it's AZ on the summer. If you don't want kids up your budget by 50%. Fridge has a water dispenser and ice machine so no filling up damn Britas. Nice sink, dishwasher, etc Lacking a 5th star due to the stupid $35/month charge for someone to pick up my trash. Also the top load washer isn't nearly as nice as a side load.
