I scheduled an appointment online several weeks ago and received confirmation for today.
Yesterday afternoon, I received an email that my appointment had been cancelled. Looking through messages, I found one sent to my phone yesterday that said I had to reply within 30 minutes or my appointment would be cancelled! Upon further contact, I was told that they have people who fail to show up and that there is a waiting list. I am appalled at such a business practice and attitude. I live out of state and planned the appointment around other events during my trip here. Angry!
