  • This was my first experience at The Parlor. I had read prior reviews and decided to give this salon a try. I was not disappointed. From the minute I called, the individual answering the phone was courteous and attentive. I was able to secure a last minute appointment for a color and cut. Once I arrived, I was pleased by the ambiance and the cleanliness of the salon. The Parlor seems to understand the needs of their clientele because not only do they offer complimentary wifi, but also a seating/table area for their customers to use. My stylist, Georgette, was phenomenal. She consulted with me and also offered to color my eyebrows (which by the way, I have never been offered at other salons). While I waited for the hair dye to do its magic, I was able to use the seating area to get some work-relates items out of the way. Doing so made this salon visit feel like one of the shortest waits I've experienced. Georgette was also able to fit in an eyebrow waxing during my visit. She accomplished the look I was going for and I would have to say my eyebrows are looking fabulous. So, in a nutshell, I would highly recommend this salon for someone who is looking for a soothing ambiance, great customer service, and gorgeous hair.
