  • Ick, this place is a hot mess on a Saturday. We arrived for an appointment to have a look at gowns and bridesmaid dresses for my friend's wedding. We checked in and were told that they would page us when it was our turn. We browsed the racks but were asked not to remove any wedding gowns as our consultant would do that for us. We were free to grab whatever bridesmaid dresses that caught our eye. After about a 20-25 min. wait, our party was called. The consultant discussed with the bride what she was looking for and then disappeared to find some suggestions while the girls and I tried on the BM dresses. The good thing about this David's Bridal is they have a good selection of sizes and colours in BM dresses, but we just didn't find anything to our liking. The fabrics felt cheap and the dresses felt shoddily made with average prices between $100 - $150. The bride wasn't a fan of any of styles that the consultant pulled. I don't think the consultant was a seasoned pro, she just tried to loosely match the descriptions that the bride had given her. I had previously bought BM dresses in the Buffalo location a few years ago, but I'd pass on getting anything now that they have moved across the border into Canada.
