Terrible service, I came in today at 3:00pm to change all my brake pads on my 2006 Mitsubishi Evolution. It was a 2 hour wait stated by front desk person, so I sat there watching TV. Stayed there for an hour watching customers come in and out. Then a lady comes in wanting service for her Nissan Murano, she left her vehicle there too. My sister-in-law come pick me up to do errands. I come back at 5:30pm to see my car sitting in the same spot. And the Nissan Murano was in the Bay getting serviced. I was FURIOUS. But in a calm way. I told the front desk person, I been waiting for 2.5 hours and my car hasn't moved. I explained that the Nissan Murano came 1 hour after me and it's in your Bay getting serviced before my car, so in a nice way I just asked for my keys and said I'll bring my business somewhere else. Then a guy name Ken check the bay, got my keys and said i did come an hour before the Murano, and the mechanic name "D" got busy and past my car. One employee apologized and he was a new guy. However I also noticed in the Bay that all the cars were different when I came back. I'm not mad just disappointed considering 4.5 stars on yelp is given to this shop. Firestone need a better system for first come, first serve. So 1 star from me, who could of been a long life customer. Me being an Assistant Manager at a Major Casino. I would of help them bring more business to Firestone. Good Luck Firestone.
