  • Linda and I have been going to Alpine Sausage & Deli for many years now. When Brett Norman took over the shop a few years back, the result was almost immediate and very positive. And that was tough to do, since the shop was already excellent. His products are of the highest quality, made right on site by this master butcher. Yes, there's a Danish flair to it, but the steaks and ribs and pork and sausages ... and all the other unique things this store carries will bring you back often. I love this place, and wouldn't go anywhere else. He's independent and local, producing the best quality at a reasonable price. What more could I ask? What an awesome butcher!
