  • Sent an email to this company while gathering quotes. Did not hear back from them at all. Called them to get an estimate. The guy that answered the phone said that they received my email but 40 minutes is to far away for a job. Never sent an email stating this or followed up. Just left me hanging. He did not even ask me what the budget was. In my head I guess for a budget of 65k for a back yard I would drive 40 minutes to at least check it out. The mentality that you don't need work is not a good mentality to have. I have owned multiple businesses and we would of never turned business away. I guess that's why I am retired at 35 years old after selling multiple high profit businesses. If your landscaping business has a radius within which you work it should be listed on your website so as not to waste potential customers time or energy.
