  • We called Parker & Sons out to take a look at our air conditioner before the summer months hit. Since this is a new house for us, we weren't totally sure on it's shape and wanted to make sure that we didn't have a depressing breakdown in the 115 degree temps. We ended up purchasing their annual maintenance plan and they've now been out a few times to clean our coils and check up on a chemical smell that we thought was coming through the vents. Luis has been our normal technician and he is SO friendly and very honest. I totally trust his judgement and do believe that he has our best interest in mind with everything that he does! I would highly recommend them to friends and family in the Valley who need routine checkups. In the summer months, do expect a day or two for them to get out to you {unless emergency} but they try to get to you as soon as possible! Thanks for the great service, Parker & Sons!
