  • False advertising on website. Manager was completely unwilling to accommodate our request to see why our party was setup for 3 hours of play and suddenly it was drop to 2 without earlier notice. He was also completely rude and unprofessional with customers. Even employees were not aware of earlier closing time. Turns out the manager just wanted to go home earlier so he closed down the whole place without giving any kind of announcement to his customers who had booked their party a month in advance! One star is even too much for this place!
