  • Online scheduling does not work and they could not copy a picture. My photo had only some hair touching the shoulder the rest ending above the shoulders in layers. At a first attempt mine came out longer then my shoulder. Second attempt it was all sitting on my shoulder. They asked what I thought and I mentioned it doesn't look like the picture because in the picture only some hair is shoulder length. Their response was "yeah, it's all on your shoulders." I assumed they didn't know what I meant so I referenced the photo yet again and mentioned that the photo has most ending in shorter layers and only some is hitting the shoulder. Their response was "so do you want more layers?" Even after trying to add some layers, it did not look like the picture. She knew I didn't like it but was in a rush to get me out of the chair. The receptionist asked how everything went and all I told them was "eh okay I guess" and they responded with "great, that's what we like to hear!" All in all, a waste of money and would not recommend.
