  • I have used this company a couple of times. I guess I was lucky that Mike took care of me each time. Yesterday I called and pre-paid for a very small piece of plexiglass. I was told it would be ready the next day and someone would call me. By 2pm I had not hear from anyone so I called and the young woman told me not yet, someone would call me. I couldn't imagine why this 7" x 20" piece would take 2 days to cut, so I went there anyway. Sure enough, there it was waiting for me. For some odd reason, she didn't check and she didn't call. I will never order over the phone again, I'll just show up and hope I get Mike to take care of me
