  • The only thing good with them is they come out and do a consult for free and they do have the stuff ready. But Ryan came out and checked out water heater. He turned off our hot water but NEVER turned it back on. I called him back but his Vmail was full. I called Michael/Mike and he said well you have a leak should not be on and someone needs to fix it. HELLO yes we know that but we have been running it over years and now your gonna turn it off and not turn it back on?!?!? Yeah I know we need someone to fix it but what you need to do is put things back the way it was before you leave. You don't just start turning things off, taking things out without the OK of the owner. At least he put back the strap but NEVER turned the hot water back on. So is that what you mean by I'll see you later? Cause you need to come back and fix what was not requested to be off. Thanks but no thanks.. Geez is that how business is with you guys? Not a good sign guys. But thanks for the consult. NEXT!!
