  • Great customer service from Richard and Margaret. These guys not only fixed my car w original parts but they also detailed the inside and outside (it was already clean but they went the extra mile, and it was nice to get it back w the rims and tires polished). They speak professionally to everyone and go the extra mile to make you aware of what their warranties cover and even met w me AND MY INSURANCE ADJUSTER to speak candidly about the benefit of using their team. The tow-truck guy recommended this place to me bc they don't ever give him a hassle and even told me about the customer service team there. It was a relief as a woman to walk into a body shop and be treated with respect.
