The Nest thermostat in my home suddenly stopped working. The display was black and when I opened up the app on my phone the status was "not enough power for wi-fi." After some investigation is was determined that something was wrong with the unit. I called Lynn and explained what happened, he came out the same day to properly diagnose the problem. Turns out the board was bad and needed to be replaced. The new piece was a special order item and Lynn was able to find it quickly and get the unit back up in running within days.
