The Bad: Tuscany Suites and Casino REALLY needs to get its act together with regards to the ticketing process. We bought the Dinner and Show VIP tickets online, made our reservations for the restaurant, showed up, and were told by the very nice hostess that the tickets on my phone, which clearly said "THIS IS YOUR TICKET" across the top, were not in fact tickets but were instead vouchers for the tickets. Well, where do we get the tickets? From the Box Office in the casino itself. So we walk across the hotel into the casino, and there's nothing labeled "Box Office" anywhere. Finally, we ask an employee where the Box Office is, and he said it's at the desk labeled "Players' Club." We went over there, got our tickets promptly, and were only a few minutes later to dinner. Not the end of the world, mind you, but it's really inconvenient to be sent on what feels like a wild goose chase. In addition, we had to tell several other couples that evening where the Box Office was. Seriously: LABEL THE FREAKING BOX OFFICE ALREADY.
The Good: Everything else. The dinner, which we were hoping would be decent, was actually quite tasty. I had the Chicken Marsala and my wife had the Steak and Lobster ($15 upsell, which we thought reasonable). No complaints about the food quality. Some more soup options would be nice (not a big fan of either minestrone or lentils, but that's just me).
As for the show itself: We had a great time. Yes, one could nitpick about the order of the performers or inconsistencies vs. how the real Rat Pack did things, but so what? All three guys were entertaining and in great voice. We were gently razzed by Dino about not ordering any drinks ("Because when you wake up tomorrow morning, that's as good as you're gonna feel for the rest of the day"), but it was all in good fun. "Frank" looks nothing like Sinatra, but his voice and mannerisms were dead on. "Dean" looked and sounded like the real thing. "Sammy" did a workmanlike job, but let's face it: the real Sammy Davis Jr was a total force of nature during his Rat Pack days and is probably not reproducible. The one at this show is likely as close as you're ever gonna get. Again, no complaints about the show.
All in all, and ticketing issues aside, this show is highly recommended.
