  • From my initial inquiry to my first workout as a member, I have been impressed with the quality customer service at Lifetime Athletic. Lamar Higginbotham gave me a tour of the gym and set me up with my membership and I am so excited to workout and be in a friendly environment. Contrary to what I thought, Lifetime Athletic has not been the "better than thou" environment that I was expecting. The front desk staff are kind, the members actually converse and share tips and the gym itself is fully equipped and so clean! I can see why people pay the higher price to come to Lifetime; it has a real community vibe and I can't see myself wanting to go anywhere else. Kudos to the staff and management, thank you for excelling in every way.
