  • I don't want to leave a negative review for this place because Alexa did such a great job on me for my full set and my first fill. But getting an appointment as a working professional is next to impossible! I was "supposed" to have an appointment Friday afternoon and when I showed up I was informed that the person who was going to do my fill had called in sick. Nobody told me ahead of time and I was pretty calm about the whole thing even though normally I would be pissed. Then Katie, the owner said she would LOVE to do my lashes on Sunday (today) and would text me with a time. After several texts Saturday I finally heard back that she's still not sure about a time. I have no doubt that Katie is a good person but you can't mess around with somebody's Sunday. Not even a time frame like somewhere between 2-4. Nothing. So now, my type A planned self has wasted an entire Sunday waiting on a response. Not the most professional way to run a business. I sincerely hope someday I can come back and edit this with a more positive review but right now I'm just frustrated and put off by this experience.
