  • Ive gone several times for oil change and car wash. Didnt quite understand bad reviews... Until I went on the weekend. I paid same price everytime I went for oil chg and wash combo... but not this time... all of a sudden its $20 more. Then to find out, the synthetic oil that i was told I NEEDED per car manufacturer- is not true and last visit they used semi-synthetic without telling me. The only redeeming person was the young guy who overheard our conversation and approached apologetically and gave us a coupon for next visit. Needless to say I wont be back... they went from being a place I trusted to feeling lied to.
