  • Please note, I do not give this review lightly. I picked Atrium as my vet of choice when I first brought home my girl in 2007. I was appreciative of their vast array of services & treatments, as well as the impressive credentials of their staff. They are pricier than most, but I was willing to pay due to their expertise and facilities. However, despite 6 years of appointments, when I called to request an immediate consultation due to my little one being in obvious pain (favoring her back leg and crying), I was told that if I couldn't arrive on time for their next open slot in 15 minutes (I live uptown, at least 30-45 min away), a staff meeting and doctor's rounds would take precedence and that the first available time-slot was over four hours from the time I called. Completely unacceptable. Thank god for Dilworth Animal Hospital.
