  • Having recently moved to Charlotte, using express or factory line style car washes is pretty common. Now having the option for a brushless or hand car wash I feel a bit spoiled. I was in a rush so decided on this quick method knowing it wouldn't be extremely clean. The initial pick a package the attendant was very nice and straight to the point but still courteous. I went with the basics wash the outside, vacuum and polish the tires. As I expected, the car wasn't very clean on the outside. I stay near a building under construction so there is tons of dust on the car practically everyday. Of course the bird droppings which I could still see resemblances of both after the wash. I didn't bother to have them touch up those spots, time was an issue. The windows were done to my satisfaction but the one thing I expected to be done well was the vacuuming. There were clear spots where they completely didn't try or rushed through. Anyway it's an express car wash so I don't expect perfection based on my experience. Just a mental note to self.
