  • I just signed my 3rd lease here. I was here before the management and name change. There is a lot of mixed reviews on here and I have a hard time believing a lot of the negative ones, as I have never had anything close happen like some of the negative reviews state. Management has never been anything but professional. The bug problems that are stated in some of the reviews are really hard to believe as in 3 years I have seen one cockroach and 1 scorpion. Management can not control if tenets are messy or clean. If you don't clean up after your self yes you get bugs, once you have them yes it takes time to get rid of them. As for maintenance personal no problems I'm a where of, they fix items quickly, if you want a programmable thermostat they will allow you to have one you just have to buy it. I don't know what people's expectations are but remember this is a business, they are just the management team not the owner. They have to get permission on items that are not normal operating expenses if the owner even allows something like that. Here is my two gripes about the apt complex 1 people not picking up there dogs poop. It's your dog clean up there S***. It's not the apt job to do that it's yours. If you are two lazy go pay the office 50.00 they will be more then happy to hell I would for 50.00 per pile. 2 is they are slow on responding to lease renewals. That's it on complaints if you want a easy going management team a nice place to live. Come live here. Just don't think you are above everyone and expect everything it's not going to happen here or any other apt complex.
