  • upon my last review i was asked to come into the office and talk about my bad experiences here. i did. and jamie was just simply amused by it all. she literally just laughed, so obviously my prior review was accurate about the lack of concern from the office. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. the office is a joke. the property is a joke. Most of the landscape is dead or dying, there are old appliances just left in the parking lot, the gates are always broken, the pool has been shut down by the health dept, people are aloud to park wherever they feel, no mind if it is a fire zone, or in front of someones garage. .there is no accountability ever from the office when you try to address these problems with them. they just laugh, and pass the buck. there is no security, ever! And I can not count the times I have seen metro here. Just last week for a shooting of some sort., a few months back they were tazing a guy right outside my front door. This is seriously not a place you want to live. there are so many problems. I have lived here for 3 years now, and it has been a steady decline in the last year and a half. I regret signing the last lease. This year has been HELL!!! oh did i mention my car was towed because I had no access to my garage, because some idiot parked in front of it, leaving me to park in the parking lot they left no notice they would be working on the next morning. Clearly they have no clue how to run an apt complex. The tenements best interests are not a priority here! Don't even waste your time looking here. they do look nice, but the headache that comes with living here is so not worth it!
