Another ballpark down and I am not sure how many more I have to go to.
The first thing that struck me was how clean and office-like the stadium is. The clean is of course great but the office-ish feel lacks character and made me feel empty inside. Yes, I was going to see a shrink but the view of the adjacent CN tower cheered me up, oh and the beer.
The beer is a rip off at $9.50 and the worse thing is that there are no cup holders at the seats. The food is very good but the variety is lacking. By all means order the fries, the Canadians cook them properly.
The game was fun (the Jays won) but the stadium is so quiet and lacks life. This is the first stadium I've been to with a family (non-drinking) section.
I can see how money is made here - expensive beers and $15 ticket processing fees.
