| - I wish I could give less than one star. The problem is not Dr. Gardner, the physician I saw. The problem is hugely with the office staff who is costing this business its patients. Like Paul D. below, I had an issue with a prescription that needed prior approval. I left a message asking if they would please give that approval and asked CVS if they woud fax the office. A day or so later, I called CVS and was told that Forte Family Practice had not responded. I asked CVS to fax the request again. A day or so after that, I tried to call Forte Family Practice over the course of an hour, each time getting immediately put to voice mail. I finally went through every extension in the phone options hoping to actually speak to a person. Ultimately, I had to go down to the actual office. Surprisingly, despite the fact that the phone hadn't actually been answered for an hour or so, the office was bare of people and no one seemed particularly busy. During my initial appointment, they took a blood/urinalysis, and still have not given me the results, despite the fact that I have now called twice and left messages asking them if they would at least share my *own health condition* with me, analyzing the tests that *I paid for.* Seriously -- avoid this place like the plague, especially if you have a heart or blood pressure condition because the stress on you is simply not worth it.
