  • My 5 bridesmaids had an appointment with Luaella (I believe her name was) she was extremely rude to all of us and half the time we didn't know where she was to help us with sizes or even check in with us to see how we were doing. Anytime we had questions she answered back to us like we were retarded and we should have already known the answers. I hope she works on commission so everyone can read this and not go through her to buy anything. Horrible service!!! On a side not Faten was amazing!!! We purchased my dress through her and she was absolutely incredible. She was even short handed the day that I was trying on dresses and she still was by my side every minute I needed her. THIS is the type of employee they need, someone who cares about their customers big day. Thank you!
