  • I have been here four times and have only been serviced once. The first two times I signed in, waited about 10 minutes, was seated in a pedicure chair for 30 minutes each time and no one came. I asked each time how long the wait would be and was told each time that there was no wait. The first two times I had to leave because I didn't realize a pedicure was going to be such a time investment. The third time someone came on time and the service was nice and the polish lasted a long time. Yay. The last visit I popped in and was told (honestly this time) that the wait was 1.5 hours on a friday morning. I can't comment on the service since I've barely received it. The waiting seems to be a theme here but they aren't up front about it and it's just confusing. For this reason I'm not going back here. Unfortunately I don't have a lot of spare time to waste sitting around.
