I agree with comedian Jim Gaffigan that the highest compliment you can give fish is that it doesn't taste of fish. That's why the phyllo-crusted sole gets top marks! It's so creamy, with a deliciously rich sauce and barely a hint of fish in the dish, makes it a winner to us. Don't miss it!
For appetizers, I can recommend the tender greens, but desserts were a little disappointing. The root beer float gets top reviews on Yelp but we were underwhelmed by the cookies accompanying it, as was I by the chocolate trio. I'd skip dessert and get it somewhere else on the strip.
Service was what you'd expect from a restaurant like this although I preferred the quieter, more subtle ambiance of Andre's at Monte Carlo
