  • I was a semi regular customer here until my last visit. The young nail tech was very sweet but it was clear she had no training at all. She kept filing my nails in a crooked direction despite me trying to ask her to just even them out. There was a very apparent language barrier which didn't help. After most of my nails were filed in a complete straight line across the top (also right down to my fingertip) I got up and walked out. This incident combined with the constant staff turnover was enough for me to not go back.
