I've always used Chapman Ford as my local dealer for parts and for service. Have not had any experience that didn't leave me very happy on my way out the door.
That said, I visit Quicklane, which is attached to the dealership, much more often as they do all my oil changes and maintenance that I'm not able to do at home. Heidi, is the manager, and let me just say that she is the epitome of what good customer service and hard work look like. This girl works probably close to 8 days a week, always has a smile on her face, and never falls short of going above and beyond for the FoMoCo Brand. Not once in my ~5 years at Chapman have I had a single bad experience at the Quicklane. With Heidi there now, I'm sure that trend will last for years to come. Overall, this is why I love this dealership, all the people here are exceptionally helpful and there's never any bs. What more could you want from a car dealership?
TL;DR- Chapman Ford has great people. Make sure to stop by the Quicklane (on site) for vehicle maintenance. Heidi is an exceptional manager and runs a fantastic operation. You will absolutely not be disappointed.
