| - I've been to this location twice. The first time, I was kinda ok with the set he filled, still, I went home and re filed like I usually do.
The second time I went, sweet Jesus, it was just awful. I believe it was the owner of the place, he burned my nail beds with the drill. Hurt like hell. Don't even get me started in the job he did. Each nail was a different thickness. Some were so brittle and others were so thick you wouldn't even believe. I was the only one getting my nails done and it took forever because he kept stopping to change the music, or to go smoke. He kept asking me why I never got a coupon in the mail and how he paid so much for the advertising, to be honest, doesn't mean much to me with the crappy job he did. My nails were all uneven, crooked, lumpy, wide, thick, bendable, etc., it looked like a beauty school drop out did them. He kept pressuring me to get my nails painted, I don't ever get them painted by the staff because I do tend to be picky and never satisfied, even with the horrendous set he just gave me I'd be mortified to see what he painting skills would be like. Ultimately, he rushed and did a very bad job. Even as I was going to pay him. I asked him for change to even leave a little tip just for his sad time wasted cause I'd feel guilty just walking out. I handed him a $20 and he began to just give me $10 back assuming I was going to give him $10 even knowing I wasn't satisfied. I ended up asking for it all leaving him with $3 still thinking I was more than generous.
Overall, do not go here, horrible service, you won't leave happy. Find another place.
