Absolutely absurd. The two other times I visited here I did not have to pay BEFORE a service, I was trying to be polite in asking for a medical bill for my records, and I was denied this. I can't believe you think that your contract or whatever you think you can pass off as one can warrant a John Q moment for a crown to be fitted, which mind you sir, I paid for, and I will be seeking a refund. The fact you have the nerve to comment on this in deference, makes me want to call my insurance company and contact a lawyer about your pitiful, pathetic way of doing business. No one should ever have to pay for something they have not yet received, I don't know what planet you are from, but this sir is really simple, to have to wait for an hour after I took off work is completely unacceptable while this dead beat receptionist wasted my precious time. I can't believe you cant stand behind this. You call yourself a professional? Give me a break. PLEASE BE WARNED, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE!!
