  • I'm only giving this store 2 stars because of the 2-3 employees that are good. I usually go to the deli department. To get my families lunch needs taking care of. If you go past 7:30 PM, the Employees usually try to get out of helping you. They rolled their eyes and gave you excuses at why they are not being friendly and cooperative. I have been told on numerous occasions that the deli closes at 9:30 PM. And then the next week it close at 9 PM. It would change depending on the employee. This is infuriating, since I work at a grocery store. Customer service is a huge aspect of grocery stores. That's how you keep your customers coming back. So now I drive 2 miles west of my house to the other Smith's where the employees actually greet me and are happy to help me. If I were you I would go to the one on Hualapai and Charlston.
