Very unhappy customer, this event happened quite a while ago but I thought it needs to be put out there
My first time shopping at Styles for less, and would be last.

At register being rung up by new EMPLOYEE she made a error and over changed me on three items, I didn't notice this until transaction finished complete , I proceeded to explain to her the over CHARGE error , , she explained to me that I would have to take a store credit because of store policy ( Which I never knew about which I learned from this store to find out return policy before you purchase anything FIRST , Manager was brought into the circle of trouble and she all so mentioned no refunds I tried to explain that this was not a customer error it was a EMPLOYEE ERROR for STYLES for less. I wasn't getting no where and I did not want to be exhausted so I went home to call there Headquarters for styles for less again for the 100th time I was told only store credit no refunds store policy . I have had this credit for over 6 months I finally went in store the other day to use up my credit , I however will never do business with a retail store with such POLICY . Just think if all employees were to make mistakes and customers had to pay for employee mistakes styles for less will always be in business
